After Sony started their conference by showing two commercials and then letting Shawn Layden do his dragging speech — they could only go up from there. And they did. Sony impressed during their conference. While Xbox went the route of showing basically every game you’ll be able to play over the next year or two, Sony took the traditional path and showed their top games. Days of Play discounts begin on PlayStation Store
Sony announced earlier this week they would be running the Days of Play store promotion, introducing a whole swathe of discounts from today through to June 21st. The majority of games affected are AAA titles by large publishers and developers, all of which have been cut in price anywhere between 10 and 50 percent.

Earlier today, Geoff Keighley, creator and producer of The Game Awards, announced the lineup for the E3 Colisuem, “a spectacular main stage event that will connect video game fans with the biggest names in entertainment.” The event will feature two days full of demos, panel discussions, and epic one-on-one interviews.
