Nintendo brought a slew of fan favorites to the table this E3, with some exciting new installments for series such as Metroid Prime, Pokemon, Yoshi, Kirby, and of course Super Mario Odyssey, which is slated for release October 27, 2017. While some announcements, like Pokemon and Metroid Prime 4, were light on actual content, the mere mention of those particular titles was enough to get people talking, pushing sales, and making Nintendo’s newest console even harder to find. E3 2017: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild DLC detailed
For those hungry for more Legend of Zelda, the first DLC pack drops on June 30th. “Master Trials,” features a challenge mode not unlike those seen in previous games, a 45 floor challenge run where Link begins devoid of weapons, and scavenge them from fallen foes to survive through the increasingly difficult waves of enemies, with the reward of a permanently empowered, always glowing Master Sword.
