E3 2017: Shadow of the Colossus ‘Remake’ Announced

In a relatively out-of-left-field move, Sony announced that they are remaking Shadow of the Colossus for PS4. The PS2 classic originally released in 2005, was remasted on PS3 in 2011, and is widely regarded as one of the most influential of all time. Sony’s Japan Studio revealed that they have been working on bringing Shadow of the Colossus to PlayStation 4, with an absolutely stunning trailer, newly detailing the classic game with the power of the PS4 Pro. E3 2017: Call of Duty WWII Multiplayer Trailer

During Sony’s E3 2017 press conference, we received another trailer for Call of Duty WWII that demonstrated it’s multiplayer component. The hectic, horrific nature of the battles of WWII was on display in this CG/Gameplay trailer, which showed off some of the arsenal available for both Allied and Axis troops. E3 2017: Insomniac’s Spider-Man gameplay revealed

Sony’s exclusive Spider-Man title from Insomniac was revealed as the final game of the Sony E3 2017 press conference. With the minor teaser at last year’s E3, it was almost required of Insomniac to let fans see Spider-Man in action and show exactly what this game is about. They delivered. E3 2017: Ubisoft announced South Park: Phone Destroyer

In an unexpected second South Park experience,  Ubisoft announced South Park: Phone Destroyer for Mobile in 2017. With South Parks unique style of humour, the game was announced with a strong, one minute trailer. Seemingly following the style of The Stick of Truth and the Fractured But Whole: turn based battles starring your favourite potty-mouth children from Colorado. E3 2017: Skull and Bones Announced – Ubisoft’s Pirate Adventure

Ubisoft announced at their E3 2017 press conference that they are releasing the long-rumoured pirate game, Skull and Bones. Following on from a CG trailer, they showed gameplay from it’s multiplayer battles, leading up to the final reveal that the ‘Environment reacts’, showcasing a menacing trailer culminating in a Kraken swimming under a pirate’s ship. E3 2017: Beyond Good and Evil 2 Announced

This is not a drill. Beyond Good and Evil 2 was the final announcement of Ubisoft’s E3 2017 Press Conference. The original released on PS2, Xbox and Nintendo Gamecube in 2003. In a U-turn on an announcement by Michel Ancel earlier in May that the game wouldn’t be re-revealed at E3, the game was announced with a gorgeous CG trailer that featured humour, style, and an over reliance on profanity.. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice release date and price announced

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is a game designed with Ninja Theory’s personal flair: Brutal melee combat that focuses on properly using Senua’s lithe frame and speed, a story revolving around mental illnesses in response to traumatic events, and a unique art style that was brought to life through innovative technology. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has been touted as a unique “Independent AAA” game, built with the intentions of an indie title while using the production values of a typical AAA game.
