World of Final Fantasy’s demo is now on PlayStation Network. If the cutesy art style has put you off to the idea of buying the game, you may want to give this free demo a shot. It’s a risk-free way of gauging your tolerance for its saccharine visuals when weighed against the gameplay it brings to the table: Players can find and catch wild monsters, pulled straight from Final Fantasy’s long history, then raise them into tiny god beasts that rain destruction onto all who oppose their new masters.
Essentially, it’s Pokemon: Special Final Fantasy Edition.
The North American release date for World of Final Fantasy is October 25, 2016. Do you like the art style or plan to power through its sickly sweetness? What Pokemon Final Fantasy creature are you most looking to capturing? Sound off in the comments.
